Q01Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, Monday through Saturday. Call before noon and we can usually have a technician at your home the same day. No-heat, no-cool, and active leak calls get priority.
Q02How much does a service call cost?
A diagnostic visit is $89, and that fee goes toward the repair if you go ahead with it. You get the repair price before any work starts.
Q03What areas do you serve?
Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Falmouth, Thornburg, and nearby communities. If you are not sure, call and ask.
Q04Should I repair or replace my system?
If a system is more than 12 to 15 years old and needs a major repair, replacing it often costs less over the next few years. We price both options so you can decide.
Q05What does the Comfort Plan include?
An AC tune-up every spring, a heating tune-up every fall, priority scheduling, 15% off repairs, and no overtime charges, for $19 a month.
Q06Do you work on all brands?
Yes. Our technicians service every major brand of furnace, heat pump, air conditioner, and water heater.
Q07Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed in Virginia for HVAC and plumbing work and carry full liability and workers' comp insurance.
