Four lines of work, one crew

Each one can run as a prime contract or under a prime. The same superintendent stays with a job from walkthrough to closeout.

Operations and maintenance

Preventive maintenance runs on a fixed calendar. Corrective work comes in through our work order line, gets a ticket number within the hour, and closes with photos. The monthly report lists every ticket, so your COR can file it as written.
